About Us

Ray Bedsaul, started his career with Beltone in NC in 1963, over 48 years ago and has has dedicated his life to serving the hearing impaired public. He passed his love for helping hearing impaired people on to his daughter, Trina.

Dr. Trina Bedaul, Au. D. Audiologist, started her career in the hearing healthcare field at the early age of 10, selling hearing aid batteries and cleaning the office for her father on Saturdays! She quickly grew to love the population she saw in the office, and went to East Carolina University, obtaining a Masters Degree in Audiology. Dr. Bedsaul then obtained her Doctoral degree in Audiology from the University of Florida. She has spent many years actively involved in training and teaching. She was appointed by Governor Easley to the NC Hearing Aid Dealers and Fitters Board, where she served from 2002 until 2008, helping to improve the examination process of apprentices in the state.

Winston Salem and Mountain Area Staff

Wyatt Shepherd, Hearing Instrument Specialist - Master Hearing Care Practitioner 2007 and 2008 - Advanced Hearing Aid Practitioner 2009 Along with watching his beloved University of South Carolina teams, Wyatt excels at repairing and troubleshooting hearing aids, which is a great service for our patients.	Darren McDonald, Hearing Instrument Specialist - Master Hearing Aid Practitioner 2009 An avid UNC Tarheels fan, Darren is dedicated to providing quality hearing healthcare.
Susan Ashburn, Hearing Instrument specialist Susan is dedicated to improving the quality of life of our patients with better hearing health!	Harmonie Miller, Hearing Instrument Specialist and Outreach Coordinator Harmonie has worked in the hearing care industry in many different roles, but enjoys the direct patient contact that she gets to have now the most!
Stephanie Day, Patient Care Coordinator Stephanie excels at easing the concerns of patients and making them have a comfortable, positive experience at our offices.	Bryn Taylor, Patient Care Coordinator Bryn lends her cheerful, positive voice to answering the phone and helping patients get the correct information. Bryn keeps her patients, and all of the staff smiling!
Samantha Dickson, Patient Care Coordinator Samantha has an extensive history of volunteer work within the local community and enjoys helping her Beltone patients with their hearing aid experience!

Kimberly Cybulski Sauls, Kim, a newlywed, loves working with her patients so they can get the most benefit from their hearing aids!	Nikki Paxton, Community Outreach Director Nikki helps organize our many diffferent community outreach and civic projects. She always has a smile!
Steve Freeman, An avid ECU football fan, Steve travels to many different offices in the Raleigh, Goldsboro, and Smithfield areas to see his patients!	Windi Place, Patient Care Coordinator Windi travels to many different offices and loves the variety!
Carrie Larson, Patient Care Coordinator Carrie is one of the voices you may hear when you call our offices - she takes pride in getting patients directed to the right person as quickly as possible.	Jessica Rivera, Patient Care Coordinator Jessica is one of the friendly voices you hear when you call our Beltone offices - she schedules patient appointments and does her best to help answer questions.
Amanda Eudy, Patient Care Coordinator Amanda is a new mother of a beautiful 4 month old daughter, and loves meeting the patients that she gets to know on the telephone!
